After going through a LONG writer’s block, I’m slowly unblocking my creative juices. I always wanted to write a Rikkai AU fic, but I never got around to doing it until now. I came up with this after listening to a bunch of Tenimyu and J-pop songs. I love every song that finds its way into this story, and I hope the wonderful lyrics encourage you to listen to the actual songs.

The title “Pocket no Kono Kyoku” translates to “This Song In My Pocket”, and it’s taken from the lyrics of “Goodbye Days” by YUI. The song featured in this chapter is “Brand New Days” by Shishido Ryou and Ootori Choutarou. It’s a wonderful, sweet song that is highly recommendable to Silver Pair fans.

I'm trying to get over my loooooooong writer's block, so I'm going to try cure it by writing drabbles of anyone in Tenimyu, Tenipuri, PureBoys, D-Boys, etc. using the themes at 30_romances. Phew! I just finished watching Rokkakumyu and I was amazed! The new cast did pretty decent and Rokkaku was awesome! Hyotei, of course, is still my favorite by far. So to celebrate, I killed my brain and translated Hyotei's Rokkakumyu song Remember Hyotei Enjoy.

I just watched Advancement Match and this is what I think of the 3rd Cast (I'll skip Aiba and Kujirai)

Ryoma: Good singing voice, boyish, snarky, PERFECT!
Tezuka: Not as good as Shirota, but I love the random appearances XP. Maybe he'll prove himself later.
Oishi: Not on a bad start. He kind of looks like Tuti, too. He acts dorky enough XD. We'll see...
Kikumaru: Cheeky, cheerful, can do some acrobatics, pretty good. Can't wait to see him in the Golden Pair
Momo: Pretty good. Just needs a little more energy and he'll be perfect.
Kawamura: Off to a good start. He didn't get a racket a lot, but he had the "grrr" in his singing voice. Sounds like he'll make a great Taka-san
Inui: I'm not getting too many vibes out of him yet, but that's probably because he didn't play. Maybe I'll like him better after the Rikkaimyu.

I guess I'll review Rokkaku too.

Aoi: Dorky and cute. A PERFECT Aoi!
Saeki: Although he didn't have the silver highlights, he did a good job.
Itsuki: I never thought of Itsuki before, but I think this one is quite cute
Dabide: Downright FUNNY! He cracked the jokes perfectly!
Bane-san: Also FUNNY! Those two just cracked me up.
Kisarazu: I never thought of Ryou much, but it's interesting to see Katou Ryosuke as another character.

By the way, the song Shishido sang was Kaze no Shijin from Seramyu. For all you Tenimyu fans, the person who sung this song was Shirota Yuu as Mamoru. The translation came from a website that no longer exists.

Oh yeah, when you guys review, can you also state your opinion on this: for an anime convention, I want to cosplay as Fuji Dream Live 3rd version. I got the white long-sleeved shirt and I came up with this idea to sew silver sequins onto the ends of the sleeves, the collar, and the end of the shirt to give it a sparkly Kira Kira effect. However, I've had some second thoughts about it, so can you guys state your opinions please? I appreciate it!
